Hello Everyone i was tried to find out service box. But in taskarmy i wasn't able to find out any kind of service box. How can i create a service without it. Please let me know.

How long does it take to approve a service?
My services are pending since the last couple of days. How long do I have to wait to get them verified from TaskArmy's end?

It can take a few days for your service to be approved by the support team.
If your service is not approve there will be some comments on what you can change/update.

Why is the link that directs to my Paypal keep failing?
When I book a service and go to my orders, next to the Paypal sign it says no payment was made, even though I keep getting the notification from Paypal that the money has been sent. The freelancers do not see the purchase.

Thank you for using TaskArmy.
We received a notification from PayPal saying that your payment was going to arrive in 3 to 5 days. This is usually because you did not have enough funds on your PayPal account to cover the purchase and you did not have a credit card linked to your PayPal account either.
This means that the funds need to be transferred from your bank account to PayPal and then PayPal will forward it to us.
This is a rare scenario where from a TaskArmy perspective, the task is not yet paid but when we redirect you to PayPal, there is nothing else you can do either.
If you wish to re-order using a credit card in PayPal, we can refund the slow payment when we receive it.
