Freelancer registration question

I'm trying to register myself on this page, provided a legit ID card and now they want another valid ID that show my present address while my card clearly states my address

As your ID document is more than 2 years old, please provide a recent proof of address. Any bill or similar document will be fine.

If I change my address, I need to report it, the law requires it. So for any change of address, you need to make a new ID.
