[Freelancer] I don't have time to work on an order, what should I do?
When a customer orders one of your services, you will get an email notification.
If you find yourself unable to work on this order, it's usually not a problem as long as you let us know as soon as possible.
You can let us know by either:
- Clicking the reject button on the email (this will redirect you to taskarmy.com, please login!)
- Or go directly to taskarmy.com/orders and click the Reject button associated with the order you cannot work on.
TaskArmy will notify the customer who will then start looking for another freelancer.
In any case, you can also contact the customer directly through your Inbox.
Freelancers who do not either Start or Reject orders in a timely manner repeatedly will get rating penalties and their accounts could be suspended.
